While many issues can be resolved, The Web Care Pro does not guarantee specific results. Some issues may be limited or prevented by third-party platforms, access restrictions, existing configurations, or platform policies. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

4. Free Introductory Calls

Free introductory calls are only for evaluation and planning, not troubleshooting or hands-on work.

5. Paid Services & Payment Terms

All paid services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed, are billed for time and expertise, and begin once payment is received.

All sessions are booked and paid for voluntarily by the client. Payment confirms acceptance of the session format, scope, and policies.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable once work has begun, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, missed appointments are non-refundable, and refunds are discretionary otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, necessary access, be prepared, and communicate respectfully. Delays caused by missing info are not grounds for refunds.

8. Session Conduct Policy

Professional environment required. Abusive or hostile behavior can end sessions early, with time billed. Written work summary provided when applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Web Care Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime. Liability is limited to the amount paid for specific services. Clients are responsible for backups.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party changes, policies, or outages. All third-party services are subject to their own terms.

All materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute materials without permission.
